| Customer Reviews: measure carefully ~37" long internally August 31, 2010 D. Callahan (Atlanta, GA) I bought this for my 16" Mini-14 with muzzle brake. I thought that a 38" rifle case would be for rifles up to 38". Not so, as the internal dimensions are only 37" max and just too short for my rifle. If the internal dimensions of the case were stated in the description I would have bought a longer case..
UTG Tactical Rifle Case June 1, 2010 G. Horine (O'Fallon, IL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this case to hold my Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 .22LR AR clone. The case fits fine, even with optics and a vertical grip attached to the forend. The case is well padded with good quality zippers. The zipper has loops for a padlock so you can secure your weapon case. There are five magazine pockets on the outside, with hook-and-loop fasteners to secure the flap. With a rifle in the case you can only fit one magazine per pocket, but I'm not sure they were intended for double mags.
Overall, this is a great value for the money if you're looking for an inexpensive, good quality case for your tactical rifle.
Great quality case for a shorter rifle. March 16, 2010 T. Dog (MACHESNEY PARK, ILLINOIS USA) This is perfect for my tactical 16" barrel AR. I really like the mag pockets on the outside. Just measure your rifle before ordering in case you need the longer case, depending on the barrel length on your rifle.
